Can I enrol at The Doctors?
We are currently enrolling patients who meet the below criteria:
If you are new to Hawkes Bay and do not yet have a local GP
If you live locally, but currently do not have a registered GP.
Please note the criteria above is verified on the National Enrolment System.
*Please note there will be a delay in processing your request of up to 4 weeks. We are currently working on a one in, one out basis due to our GP’s being at capacity.

What do I need to do to enrol?
If you have been accepted to enrol at The Doctors, our enrolment coordinator will get in touch to explain the process. You will need to bring in the required ID as specified by the Ministry of Health. We will need a copy of one of the following:
A NZ Birth Certificate + a photo identification e.g. drivers license
A NZ Passport
An overseas Passport + copy of relevant Visa

You will also be booked an appointment with one of our nurses, to make sure we have all of your health records, recalls, prescriptions etc. up to date. They will also do some base line tests. There is no charge for this assessment appointment.
How do I enrol at The Doctors?
To be enrolled at our practice, you must first meet the eligibility criteria above.
I have been asked to Enrol Online
If you have been accepted to enrol at The Doctors, our enrolment coordinator will have been in touch to explain the process. If you have been advised to fill out the online form, please select the 'Apply to enrol' button below.
Alternatively, you may have been asked to complete an enrolment form to update your enrolment details with our clinic. Please select the 'Apply to enrol' button below.
Please note: Completing the online enrolment form will not automatically enrol you with the clinic. You will receive notification from our enrolment coordinator once your enrolment has been processed. If you are completing the online form for re-enrolment purposes your enrolment will continue as usual.
