Can I enrol at The Doctors?
Yes. We are enrolling new patients who don't currently have a GP in Hawkes Bay.
If you already have a GP in the Hawkes Bay and you are wanting to register with one of our GP’s specifically, you’ll need to be booked for a casual appointment with that GP to meet with them, it will then be at their discretion if they wish to enrol you
What do I need to do to enrol?
If you have been accepted to enrol at The Doctors, our enrolment coordinator will get in touch to explain the process. You will need to bring in the required ID as specified by the Ministry of Health. We will need a copy of one of the following:
A NZ Birth Certificate + a photo identification e.g. drivers license
A NZ Passport
An overseas Passport + copy of relevant Visa

You will also be booked an appointment with one of our nurses, to make sure we have all of your health records, recalls, prescriptions etc. up to date. They will also do some base line tests. There is no charge for this assessment appointment.
How do I enrol at The Doctors?
To be enrolled at our practice, you must first meet the eligibility criteria above. You can fill in the waitlist form below to join our waitlist. Our enrolment coordinator will contact you to organise enrolment.
I have been asked to Enrol Online
If you have been accepted to enrol at The Doctors, our enrolment coordinator will have been in touch to explain the process. If you have been advised to fill out the online form, please select the 'Enrol Now' button below.
Alternatively, you may have been asked to complete an enrolment form to update your enrolment details with our clinic. Please select the 'Enrol Now' button below.
Please note: Completing the online enrolment form will not automatically enrol you with the clinic. You will receive notification from our enrolment coordinator once your enrolment has been processed. If you are completing the online form for re-enrolment purposes your enrolment will continue as usual.
