Can I enrol at The Doctors?

We are currently enrolling patients at our Greenmeadows clinic and who meet the following criteria:

​

• If you are new to Hawkes Bay and do not yet have a local GP

• If you live in the Hawkes Bay area and currently do not have a registered GP practice. 

Please note the criteria above is verified on the National Enrolment System.

How I enrol at The Doctors?

To be enrolled at our practice, you must first meet the eligibility criteria above.

If you don't meet the above criteria, you can visit health.govt.nz to find out more about eligibility to enrol at a GP practice in New Zealand. Go to: https://www.health.govt.nz/new-zealand-health-system/eligibility-publicly-funded-health-services/eligibility-explained

If you meet the eligibility criteria, click on the Apply to enrol button below. You will be re-directed to the Green Cross Health website to view the terms and conditions before completing the online enrolment application form.

What do I need to enrol?

To enrol online you will need to upload the following documents: 

• A NZ Birth Certificate + a photo identification e.g. drivers license

• A NZ Passport

• An overseas Passport + copy of relevant Visa

If you have difficulty uploading your documents please contact our enrolment coordinator.

Please note: Completing the online enrolment form will not automatically enrol you with the clinic.  You will receive notification from our enrolment coordinator once your enrolment has been processed.  If you are completing the online form for re-enrolment purposes your enrolment will continue as usual.
