Our Consultations

Standard Consultations (Appointments) will generally last for 15 minutes.  Consultations are for 1-2 concerns.  If you wish to address multiple issues in a consultation, please request a 30 minute appointment, as any more than 1-2 concerns in a 15 minute consultation cannot be addressed.  Please be aware extended consultations do incur a higher fee.


How our fees work

If you are a registered patient some of the services we provide will be partially subsidized by the government. 

Community Service Card (CSC) holders will get a higher discount when registered. Please be aware, if you are a CSC holder, this funding only applies for consultations within standard business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm) and for standard general consultations (15 minutes). Consultations longer than 15 minutes will be charged at standard consultation rates.

Your first consultation as a registered patient will be charged at a higher rate.


Our Fees

The fees shown are for standard 15-minute consultations only.

Appointments over 15-minutes will incur an additional charge payable at the clinic on the day. 

Appointments must be paid for on the day, on arrival at the clinic. 

Prescription requests must be paid in advance at the time of booking either via The Doctors App or over the phone. 

Please be aware that prices vary dependent on equipment used, minor procedures, and documentation requests (eg WINZ/Medic Alert forms etc).

Any additional charges incurred at the time of your appointment are payable on the day before you leave the clinic. 

Ovedue accounts which remain unpaid at the end of the month, will incur a $10 admin fee.  

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 4 hours' notice. If you cancel within 4 hours, or you do not attend, you will be charged the full amount of the consultation.
