Our Consultations

Standard Consultations (Appointments) will generally last for 15 minutes.  Consultations are for 1-2 concerns.  If you wish to address multiple issues in a consultation, please request a 30 minute appointment, as any more than 1-2 concerns in a 15 minute consultation cannot be addressed.  Please be aware extended consultations do incur a higher fee.


How our fees work

If you are a registered patient some of the services we provide will be partially subsidized by the government. 

Community Service Card (CSC) holders will get a higher discount when registered. Please be aware, if you are a CSC holder, this funding only applies for consultations within standard business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm) and for standard general consultations (15 minutes). Consultations longer than 15 minutes will be charged at standard consultation rates.

Your first consultation as a registered patient will be charged at a higher rate.


Our Fees

Please be aware that prices vary dependant on equipment used, minor procedures, and documentation requests (eg WINZ/Medic Alert forms etc).

Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend your appointment, please give at lease 4 hours' notice. Any last minute cancellations or no shows will incur a cancellation fee of the full appointment amount (with a minimum of $19.50 being charged, regardless of age)

All accounts are payable upon arrival at the clinic. An administration fee of $10.00 per statement will be added to accounts which remain outstanding at the end of the calendar month.
