Standard Consultations (Appointments) will generally last for 15 minutes. Consultations are for 1-2 concerns. If you wish to address multiple issues in a consultation, please request a 30 minute appointment, as anymore than 1-2 concerns in a 15 minute consultation cannot be addressed. Please be aware extended consultations do incur a higher fee.
How our fees work
If you are a registered patient part of the services we provide will be partially subsidized by the government.
Community service card (CSC) holders will get a higher discount when registered. Please be aware, if you are a CSC holder, this funding only applies for consultations within standard business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm) and for standard general consultations (15 minutes). Consultations longer than 15 minutes will be charged at standard consultation rates.
Your first consultation as a registered patient will be charged at a higher rate.
This list is current, as at July 5, 2021. Please be aware that prices vary for equipment used, minor procedures, and documentation requests (eg WINZ/Medic Alert forms etc).
Non-attendance or not cancelling appointments incurs a cancellation fee of $19.50.
All accounts are payable at the time of service. An administration fee of $10.00 per statement will be added to overdue accounts of 14 days and above.
