TRIAGE SYSTEM

MOST ILL, FIRST CARE

IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY CALL 111

We follow a triage system which decides the priority of your treatment based on the severity of your symptoms. If you are displaying urgent and acute symptoms you will always be treated with priority. When you arrive, please make us aware immediately if you are experiencing any of the following:

  • difficulty breathing

  • fainting

  • any chest pain or pressure

  • uncontrolled bleeding

  • coughing or vomiting blood

  • sudden severe pain

  • poisoning

  • major injuries, such as broken bones

  • severe headache

  • allergic reaction

  • high temperature

  • rash

  • sudden facial drooping or weakness in an arm or leg
