1. To download The Doctors App, simply scan the QR code, or click on the Apple or Google Play buttons which will take you directly to the app store to download it.
2. Select create account, the invite code is GXNAPI.
3. Enter your details - these must match the details that we hold on file for you.
Desktop Access
Full app features available on desktop. You can login here or use our invite code GXNAPI to create an account online.
Patient Survey/ Whānau Voice
If you have visited any of our clinics in the last couple of weeks you may have received a survey to complete 📝 The survey will be sent via email or text the day after your appointment.
The patient survey allows us to learn from your experience at the practice, and helps us to continuously work on improving the service and care we provide.
The survey is completely anonymous so unless you leave your contact details in the comments box, we won't be able to contact you to discuss your response.
If you don't want to receive the survey, there is an opt out option on the email, or reply STOP if you have received the survey via text.
We look forward to receiving your feedback.
Changes to Rangatahi funding
Please see below an update from Health NZ/Te Whatu Ora regarding changes to funding for our rangatahi/youth population between 14 and 24 years of age. Eligibility criteria for funded services will be changing from 01 September.
Funded services will now only be available for those who meet the criteria listed.
Any 14-24 year olds who do not fall into one of the categories will now have to pay to see a Doctor/Nurse Practitioner ($55) or Practice Nurse ($40); the charges are $55 and $40 respectively.
Whilst we know that this is a disappointing change for many of our patients, we ask that you are kind to our staff as they have no control over these changes and are as disappointed as you.
Feedback about this change should be sent directly to Te Whatu Ora.

The 2024 Flu Vaccine is free for some people
Funded influenza vaccinations are available for those who meet Pharmac’s eligibility criteria:
•pregnant people at any stage of pregnancy
•people aged 65 years and over
•people aged 6 months to under 65 years with eligible conditions
•children 4 years of age and under who have been hospitalised for respiratory illness or have a history of significant respiratory illness
•people aged 6 months to under 65 years with serious mental health and addiction conditions

Founded in 1989, The Doctors Napier was among the first medical centres in New Zealand to provide 7-day a week, extended hours care to patients. The Doctors Napier Ltd is comprised of our four clinics, Napier, Greenmeadows, Westshore and EIT.
In addition to the full range of primary care provided at The Doctors, we offer a number of additional services, including nurse-led health clinics and programmes giving patients expert guidance, support, or treatment. For patient convenience, Napier & Greenmeadows are also home to a physiotherapist, x-ray, and pharmacy. All of our systems are fully computerised, allowing us fast and direct communication with our patients and other health professionals
We offer Manage my Health to our registered patients, which allows you to communicate with your medical centre, allowing you to request repeat prescriptions, and view your recent laboratory results.
In 2019, The Doctors Napier celebrated 30 years of caring for our community.
